Dawn Weeks-Spalding is an experienced talent booker with added bonus of a background in Marketing, and Strategic Partnerships in Dallas, Texas. As a high-energy results oriented individual, she is proactive, and assertive with a hands-on approach, and will exceed your expectations.
Dawn’s background has given her strong negotiation skills and interpersonal skills with the ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced changing environment. A charismatic presenter her efforts have yielded high profile awards such as a Country Music Association (CMA) for best small venue,in her early career as a talent buyer. Her bookings have garnered millions of dollars in press coverage with Special Teams for Special Olympics, and millions in funds for other events including branding with Taste of the NFL.
Dawn has spearheaded the talent booking and marketing/branding campaigns for such major entertainment venues as Cowboys (Dallas,Arlington,Atlanta) where she worked with country music luminaries: Garth Brooks, Alan Jackson, Brooks & Dunn, Toby Keith, Marty Stuart and Tracy Lawrence to name a few and Verizon Theatre, a 6600 seat, state-of-the-art performance hall. As a pioneer in finding and establishing small venue sponsorships and strategic partnerships Dawn worked with the North Texas Food Bank on Taste of the NFL with the Dallas Cowboys and grew that event attendance by 72% and grew finances by 42%. Worked with a team of sponsorship specialists on music festivals nationally with sponsors: Levi’s, Keurig, Blu, Dr Pepper, Budweiser, Ford, Mike’s Hard Lemonade, Red Bull, and Zippo
Prrojects include: Rayfield Wright NFL HOF, Texas Air Hogs Baseball, and EarthX-the world’s largest environmental platform.
During this pandemic, Dawn and her partner, Billy Martin,Jr., have founded Integrity Booking. Within a week of starting, Dawn booked talent in The Hamptons for private affairs and this year (2022) already won the enviable task of booking the largest fundraiser for the American Cancer Society in the country, the Cattle Barons’ Ball. This is the 49th year of the event, talent is Old Dominion and Chris Young, both are award winning talent out of Nashville.
After traveling the globe with her parents, Dawn, who was born in London, England; came to the states for high-school and is a graduate of the University of Arizona (Tucson) with a BA in Psychology and double major in Marketing and Minor in Public Relations. She also has her Graduate Marketing degree from Southern Methodist University (Dallas, TX). Dawn loves football, hockey and basketball, excelled in track in high school and college. She is also an experienced fencer, loves movies and is an avid reader. Dawn has one son, Dylan a college sophomore who has influenced his family with his love of the outdoors and all things GREEN and sustainable.
